SPEKTRA LABS already has several DAkkS and other accreditations for various measurement parameters. We are audited at regular intervals - this ensures that the quality is always right.
Since the world of sensors and the applications and challenges of our customers are constantly developing, it is also important for us to constantly expand our range of services. Not only with factory calibrations, but also with accredited calibrations. This is why we can regularly announce accreditation extensions.

As the only manufacturer-independent calibration laboratory in the EU, we calibrate GNSS and INS instruments with the highest accuracy and quality.
Accredited to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, we are the first calibration laboratory in Germany to perform both DAkkS and factory calibrations for these instruments. We are setting new standards in dynamic calibration, especially for IMUs, and are renowned for our speed and reliability.

Geophones and seismometers are instruments that use highly sensitive sensors to detect vibrations and seismic signals. Accurate and timely detection of these signals is critical to the safety of large structures and the protection of human life. Therefore it is important to calibrate these seismic sensors regularly and traceably.
We at SPEKTRA LABS are the only calibration laboratory offering DAkkS-accredited primary calibration (horizontal) of seismometers from 160...320 Hz and geophones up to 315 Hz.
Manufacturers of sound level meters and sound level calibrators are required to submit their products to a conformity assessment before placing them on the market. Since 2015, these conformity assessments can also be carried out by private commercial companies. In the middle of 2012, SPEKTRA GmbH Dresden received its first accreditation according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17065 and was recognized by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection as a Notified Body for sound level meters and sound level calibrators according to MessEG and MessEV.
Growth soon took off and our commitment to quality and service paid off. In May 2024, ZS SPEKTRA GmbH Dresden wrote the 100th certificate of conformity for our customers, and the 500 mark was reached by the end of 2024.
"As the head of the certification body, I am very proud of the achievements and positive development in the field of conformity assessment. It's great to see that the hard work, especially in the initial phase, is paying off and the market acceptance is increasing."
Robert Knoof
Head of the certification body ZS SPEKTRA GmbH Dresden
