Application range of portable calibration systems
Mobile calibration systems are essential for checking measurement equipment directly on site, for example in hard-to-reach facilities, during sensitive processes or to avoid downtime. They allow for the efficient verification of accuracy and reliability without the need for disassembly or transportation.

Industrial monitoring
Vibration sensors are used to monitor turbines, pumps and generators. They can be tested directly on site with minimal downtime using portable calibration systems.

Crash tests
Crash tests that involve testing the sensors on-site under real-world conditions ensure accurate results and help to verify their functionality in extreme situations.

Research & Development
These mobile systems are cost-effective, compact and user-friendly, making them ideal for research and development.

Aviation
In ground vibration tests, aircraft structures are deliberately stimulated in order to precisely determine their vibration behavior and compare it with simulation models.

A wide range of applications in a compact design
The CV-10 was specifically designed to simplify your on-site calibration of accelerometers, proximity probes, velocity sensors and many more.
You can test and calibrate vibration meters as well as test beds anywhere, anytime so you can ensure business continuity and reduce downtimes. Moreover, your test results are traceable to national institutes such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) or the german PTB.

Streamlined workflow with the eCal™ CV-10 Manager
Optimize your processes from test preparation to on-site measurement and data evaluation. Manage your devices from a central location via your network and simply keep track of battery status, software versions and licenses.
Easily exchange data between the local memory of the CV-10 and your network. With the integrated editors, including ready-made templates, you can quickly create individual test and sensor descriptions.

Clever and future-proof features
In addition to a powerful vibration exciter and many integrated signal conditioners, the mobile calibrator features an extension port for new exciting options. The already available signal conditioner box for piezo-resistive accelerometers will be followed by a programmable power supply for other sensor types and more options.
Data can be exchanged either with a USB stick or simply via Ethernet using the eCal™ CV-10 Manager, which significantly increases efficiency.
