Calibration in audiometry

For calibration of acoustic measuring instruments, we offer our customers services at the highest technical level.
In addition to calibrating measuring microphones, sound level meters and sound calibrators, we also calibrate audiometric calibration devices such as artificial mastoids and "ear simulators" (Artificial Ear) according to DAkkS standards and thereby ensure traceability to national standards.

  • Calibration of artificial mastoids
DAkkS-accredited calibration of artificial mastoids according to DIN EN 60318-6 (measurement of mechanical impedance and force transmission)
  • Calibration of “artificial ears”
Acoustic calibration of couplers and so-called ear simulators (Artificial Ear) according to DIN EN 60318 as well as DAkkS-certified calibration of the built-in measuring microphones in a pressure chamber (installed state!) in the frequency range of 31.5 Hz to 16 kHz
  • Calibration of "artificial mouth“
Acoustic calibration of an artificial mouth by measuring the amplitude frequency response in the frequency range from 100 Hz to 10 kHz
