Our success story began in 1994 in a small basement office. With a shared vision and from a handful of highly motivated dedicated engineers, SPEKTRA quickly grew into a thriving company. Thanks to the trust placed in us and challenging assignments given by our earliest customers, the company needed more and more people with new skills. With each new employee, the company expanded its capabilities and strengthened its commitment to serving its customers.
Looking back, we are very grateful for the trust that both our customers and our first employees placed in us.

We look back with pride
We look back on our milestones with pride: be it the development of measurement technology for airbag sensors in the 1990s, our first accreditation as a calibration laboratory in 2000, the continuous expansion of our service portfolio or our own product developments with which SPEKTRA has made a name for itself. Our calibration systems have been appreciated for many years for their high precision and reliability and are therefore at home in numerous national metrology institutes.
TESTelligence means smart testing
Through continuous collaboration with our customers and by listening to the market, we have developed a variety of solutions - from services to products, systems and strategic alliances - to offer our customers exactly what they need. We call this concept "TESTelligence" with the basic statement: We work together to find the right solution for our customers. Underlying this are smart, flexible test solutions.
We are proud to have a team that lives this concept. A team that sticks together and works together for success.
One example of this is the growth in employee numbers over the last 5 years - a time when a global pandemic shook supply chains and processes, paralyzed the economy and caused great uncertainty. During these years, SPEKTRA has not only remained a secure employer and stable partner for our customers and representatives, but has even achieved a growth in employee numbers of more than 40 percent.
New challenges will certainly continue to demand creative, intelligent solutions or even a rethinking of existing processes but we are certain that we will not only master these tasks with our team, but also grow with them.
