SPEKTRA stays at your service in a challenging time
We are all facing a challenging time due to the Corona pandemic. SPEKTRA’s priority is to take care of the health of our employees, customers and partners. Thus, we are following the recommendations by WHO, the German Government and other relevant institutions regarding hygienic measures, contact and travel restrictions. Nevertheless, even in this situation we want to be a reliable partner for our customers.
The SPEKTRA calibration laboratory is currently working with almost full capacity and can offer all calibration services within a usual lead time. Only on-site calibration services have to be discussed case-by-case due to travel restrictions.
The production of all our product lines as well product support and services are also operational. Our management is in constant contact with our suppliers in order to identify bottlenecks in the supply chain in an early stage and find workarounds.
The sales office and the support can be contacted as usual via e-mail and telephone although some employees work from home office. When you call us, please be patient and try to call again if you do not get through immediately. The connection via mobile phones is unfortunately not as stable as via landline network.
