Calibration Systems CS18 Acosutics

The acoustical calibration systems CS18 are systems to calibrate acoustical sensors, measurement microphones, sound level meters and other sound measurement systems from any manufacturer.

The CS18 FF has been developed to be a compact system for a true acoustical free field calibration. The acoustically dead (anechoic) chamber can be installed in a typically quiet room of a building without require changes in room construction. This calibration system also offers smaller calibration laboratories with the opportunity to offer competitive free field calibrations in an interesting frequency range.

Pressure microphones can be calibrated by the method of pressure comparison using the CS18 SPL system. Both the CS18 FF and CS18 SPL systems are also offered as a combined calibration system CS18 FF/SPL.

All systems are upgradeable to include the electrical calibration of signal conditioners, such as microphone pre-amplifiers (measurement microphones or ICP®-types).   [more]
