CS 18 Calibration system / Acceleration

The employed modular design of the system allows the systems to be upgraded step by step and to effectively combine different systems up to primary systems.

For instance, practical combinations are CS18 VLF/LS for crash-test laboratories or CS18 P-HF/VLF for national institutes of metrology.

Optional extra CS18 TRANS
CS18 TRANS as an optional extra to a type CS18 VLF Calibration system. It is intended for operation in conjunction with an APS 500 or APS 129 air-bearinged longstroke vibration exciter in the frequency range
2 Hz … 50 Hz.

Based on years of continuous research and development as well as cooperation with Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) and Polytec, SPEKTRA has taken the lead on the world market in primary calibration systems for acceleration sensors and laser vibrometers.

All primary calibration systems by SPEKTRA include a laser vibrometer standard traced back to PTB and so are suited to the calibration of laser vibrometers and digital laser vibrometer standards.

Calibration of signal conditioners
   

Optional extra CAL - Q - U - ICP is available for each of the CS18 calibration systems. This complementary set of hardware and software enables charge, voltage and ICP® amplifiers as well as microphone preamplifiers to be calibrated with respect to amplitude and phase.
